GROUP VISITS ’26 ORGANISERS. PLEASE READ TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE FOR EASY HASSLE FREE BOOKING, WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY THE VISIT TOO! We are sorry to have increased prices from May 1st ’26 after having worked out what NI. Tax, Wage Increases & Higher running costs actually meant in April this year.
EXCLUSIVE VISIT OPTIONS FOR YOUR GROUP. For groups of 25 We have reserved Tuesdays & Wednesdays to make it a special day for you & your group, the gardens are closed to the general public on these days & you will have the gardens to yourselves as specified below CAR PARKING We have free parking for 30 cars for groups by prior arrangement on Tuesdays & Wednesdays only.
T & C’s GROUPS EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GARDENS OPTIONS – FULL PAYMENT ESSENTIAL – ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. This allows us to make staffing arrangements through the holiday season. If we haven’t received your payment then we will be free to offer the date to another group. This payment is non refundable. Various Options are available. Opt.1.Entry only. Opt.2 Entry, Hot Drinks & Scones on arrival Opt.3 Entry, Coffee, Tours, Light lunch. Please ask if your preferred arrival time doesn’t fit with our quoted starting times. We try to be flexible with time slots to fit in with your group of 25 itinerary. NB Any requested additional hours must include a surcharge to cover extra wages incurred.
OPTION 1 Entry & exclusive use of the gardens 2hrs. Mon-Wed 10.30 – 12.30pm Includes; Welcome by Christine, garden owner & designer. Access for individuals to visit 14 Gardens at will, roam the gardens, ask questions or peruse Plant Sales Area. Christine will be available for plant advice & to answer questions in the nursery. No refreshments required. Garden closes at 1pm. Min 25 people x £12 per person Full Payment Due £300.00. per. group.
OPTION 2. Entry & exclusive use of the gardens for your group 3hrs. 12.00-3.00pm Includes Welcome & Short history by Christine garden owner & creator Refreshments will be available on arrival & include choice of Hot & Cold drinks & Scones or Sweet Treat included in the price. Followed by a guided tour of the gardens with Christine ( approx 1hr. duration) or anyone who would rather roam the gardens at their own pace, can join Christine later in the Plant nursery for advice or peruse plant sales. Coffee shop closes at 2.30pm. Min number 25 x £25.00 per person. Full payment Due £625 per group
OPTION 3 Exclusive use 4 hrs 11.am-3pm Includes Welcome, Coffee & biscuits on arrival, History & Guided Tour of the 14 gardens begins at 11.30am with garden owner, Christine Liddle. approx. 1hr. duration. 1pm Gardeners buffet picnic lunch also included in price. Afterwards There’s plenty of time to roam & revisit favourite gardens, ask questions or peruse Plant Sales. Garden closes at 3.30pm. Min number 20 x £40 per person. Full payment Due £800. per group
OPTION 4 U3A/ SMALL PHOTOGRAPHY GROUPS. THURSDAYS MORNINGS ONLY 10.30-12.30 GROUP ENTRY £60. LIMIT 12 members – A Mini bus or 4 cars We are happy to open slightly earlier for you before our usual visitors start to arrive at 10.30am This option must be booked & paid for in advance to reserve parking space & check availability. ( You are being charged £5 ea. with 12 members & £6 ea. with 10 members. ) The Coffee shop opens at 11am for Light refreshments & lunches.
AUTUMN & SPRING GARDEN TOURS Tuesdays & Wednesdays 11.30-2.30pm for the Dedicated Gardeners Groups who don’t mind the cold weather. Garden Tour with Christine. Followed by Gardeners Lunch at 12.30 of Soup & with Cake & Hot drink. After Lunch an accompanied ‘behind the scenes’ walk through the plant propagation areas, ask questions & look around the nursery or revisit your favourite part of the gardens. Groups of 17 Cost £510. paid in advance.
GROUP ORGANISERS – IMPORTANT To book or enquire about a group visit or talk;

- Christine will email you to confirm that your requested date is available within one week.
- If you decide against the visit please email us asap. so that the date is available for another group.
- Please decide on which option ( shown above) you would like & email it to us.
- An advance non returnable, payment is required by the date stated, usually one month in advance.
- One calendar month before your visit please make certain that the requested due payment has been paid.by BACS. If the amount hasn’t been paid we will assume that you have cancelled.
- Confirmation of payment, Access Statement & Directions will be sent as an email. within a few days.
SORRY NO PHOTO SHOOTS THURS-SUNS We do offer exclusive PRE-BOOKED OUT OF HOURS ( Mon/Tues/ or Weds.) use of outdoor venue with full garden, toilets access & free parking ART CLASSES & PHOTOGRAPHIC GROUPS as above £150 per group for 2 hours. No food available – Self catering only, we can provide outdoor seating, Toilets & free parking.
FILMING £300 – 5 hours As above must be booked in advance with full amount paid. GROUP TALKS £125.00 Mondays / Wednesdays/ Thurs. Nov / Dec./ Jan / Feb £125.
